Exclude Incompatible Drivers
You can add a driver to the exclusion list if you do not want to update it or want it to be removed from scan results.
After running a scan to exclude a driver, follow these steps:
- Launch Advanced Driver Updater.
- Run the Scan > right-click > click Ignore.
- This will add the driver to the exclusion list, and you won’t see it in the next scan.
To check the exclusion list, click the Settings tab > Exclusion List. The incompatible driver will be added to the list.
To remove it and check for an update, select Remove Item. Doing so will again show the driver in the scan results, and you will be able to update them.

- 4. Once you have all the information you need you can update the driver.
